About The Event
Preamble
Life coaching is widely practiced throughout the world, however, the techniques used lack two major components. Teaching life skills without emotional regulation is ineffective. Teaching techniques that are not evidence-based leads to a waste of resources such as time, money, and effort.
REBT and CBT are evidence-based therapies widely used by Mental Health Professionals across the globe. CBT has to be understood as an umbrella term that is used for psychotherapy. On the other hand, REBT is one of the earlier forms of psychotherapy that influenced the formation of CBT.
The program aims at training coaches in life and productivity coaching through the evidence-based techniques of CBT and REBT.
