About The Event

Although Anxiety is necessary for survival, false alarms or louder-than-necessary alarms by the brain can be troublesome. If you have been affected by Anxiety, you may have already developed mechanisms to reduce Anxiety, and many of these strategies could be secretly maintaining your anxiety, or affecting your quality of life.

Many of the people who have anxiety do not want to take medicines, or even with medication, their symptoms do not have adequate control. Although medicines if prescribed by a qualified doctor, and taken in the recommended doses are extremely safe and effective, a pill doesn't teach you a skill. That's where cognitive behavioural therapy comes to the rescue. What's better than learning CBT techniques from a CBT trainer and a supervisor himself?

In this webinar-

1. Gain a deeper understanding of anxiety.

2. Identify your type of Anxiety.

3. Acquire practical techniques for coping with anxiety.

4. Receive actionable steps to initiate your journey towards better mental health.

5. Witness a demonstration session with a volunteer, providing valuable insights into practical application.

6. Get your questions answered
