Refund & Cancellation Policy

​1. Rescheduling a Session:

• No Fee: Reschedule more than 48 hours before the session.

• Within 48 Hours: Treated as a cancellation, eligible for a 50% refund.

• Limit: Sessions can be rescheduled only once.

2. Cancelling a Session:

• 48 Hours or More Before: Eligible for a 100% refund.

• 24–48 Hours Before: Eligible for a 50% refund.

• Within 24 Hours or No-Show: No refund.

• For online sessions, if you don’t log in within 20 minutes of the start time, it is considered a no-show.

  Important Information:

• Limited Slots: Dr. Shishir Palsapure consults only 4 clients per day to ensure quality care. Last-minute cancellations cannot be filled by another client.

• Rescheduling by us:

• Rescheduling from our end is rare and only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical issues).

• If this happens, we’ll offer a same-day slot or the next available slot based on your convenience. No additional charges will apply.
   

• 3. Cancellation (Workshops):
  - If we cancel the workshop due to unavoidable reasons, we shall refund the whole amount.
  - If the participant is unable to attend the workshop due to any reason, the fee is non-refundable.

• 4. Refunds will take on an average 5-7 working days. ​
