Working with couples can be challenging even for experienced therapists.
In this workshop, participants will learn about myths and misconceptions that result in relationship disillusionment and dissolution. They will learn about irrational beliefs that negatively impact relationships and how to help couples challenge these beliefs. The focus of the workshop will be on practical cognitive, emotive, and behavioural interventions that help couples develop healthy relationships.
Dr. Ann Vernon, President of Albert Ellis institute will be the trainer for this full day workshop. Dr. Shishir Palsapure, founder director of Albert Ellis Institute ATC India will interact with her and supervise participants therapy along with Ann.
